Project Description

The new Psychology faculty buiding at Bath University, 10 West creates a new centre of operations for the department. The building provides general teaching and research spaces alongside a suite of purpose built laboratories. The £30M building integrates PhD students, research fellows and academic staff to create a strong research culture. The building is positioned to the west of the campus and provides views over Bath, a World Heritage site. For such a large open atrium, sound modulation has been a priority with the installation of fluted timber panels to the walls.
