Bailbrook House Hotel, Bath

Bailbrook House Hotel, Bath

Project Description

Bailbrook House Hotel was built in 1790 by John Eveleigh for lawyer Dr Denham Skeet.  In the 1970’s the Post Office built a new extension for use as a training college followed by a college for air traffic controllers. In 2013 the Mansion House, a grade II listed property, gained a £10m restoration that has brought the hotel back to it’s former glory. The hotel sits in 20 acres of grounds on the outskirts of historic Bath and is one of only two grade II listed hotels in the city. Bailbrook House has gained an AA four silver star hotel status with 94 rooms, 13 of which are feature rooms.

Bailbrook House is formed by the historic Mansion House and Bailbrook Court. The Mansion House has a variety of feature bedrooms, lounges and Cloisters the 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Bailbrook Court provides modern, classic and executive accommodation and the well equipped function rooms in the Brunel Suite.
